QUESTIONS
Frequently asked questions
Is NEXORIA antivirus software?+
No. It records what AI tools do and how your PC changes, and it can quarantine and restore suspicious files, but it does not replace antivirus software. Use it alongside Windows Defender.
Will it stop my AI from working?+
No. Only right before a risky action does it ask "Allow this?", and it pauses just that one action.
Can I try it for free?+
It's free for 10 days from sign-up. After that, Pro is ¥980/month and Small Team (5 PCs) is ¥2,980/month.
Do I enter a password to link my PC?+
The app shows an 8-character code. Sign in in your browser and approve it with Link this PC. You never type a password into the app.
Can I still see my data after my plan ends?+
Yes. After your plan ends you can still view your decision history, export CSV and change settings.
Can I check other people's sites?+
No. It only checks sites whose ownership has been verified, and only by reading them.
Windows says "Windows protected your PC"+
The direct-download version doesn't have a publisher signature yet. Choose More info → Run anyway to continue. The Microsoft Store version doesn't show this.
Where are my records stored?+
In your user data folder (%LOCALAPPDATA%\NEXORIA). They are not sent to a server.
Does it work on Mac?+
Currently it's Windows only.
Can I install it on a work PC?+
